CBD can help control and stabilize manic episodes from bipolar disorders. In a study of 133 participants with bipolar disorder, all 133 participants reported feeling consistent energy levels throughout the day, and stable moods after taking CBD each day. CBD has been seen to improve a wide variety of mental health issues, including social anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, and even PTSD.
